Guardian Angel Basset Rescue
Guardian Angel Basset Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Illinois, Indiana and the St. Louis, Mo. area

Twenty-five years ago, Guardian Angel was formed with the goal of saving Basset Hounds from life threatening situations. We knew it
would be easy to find dogs that needed our help – they were everywhere. At the same time, our Board came to the realization that our goal
would need a constant effort of raising the funds necessary to provide veterinarian care required for each dog.
Thanks to our regular donors over the last 25 years, our finances are solid and we continue to take in all the Bassets we find, including the older
(and more expensive) dogs. And from day one, we’ve been working towards a future financial base that will make sure that GABR is here for
many, many years. How can we make sure that goal is achieved?
Thoughtfully structured planned gifts will provide the certainty that GABR will be here to continue its mission. They can also provide financial
and tax benefits for our generous benefactors.
Those of you who have included GABR in your estate plan can use this confidential form to inform us of your plans. Confidentiality Form This
will allow us to make the long-term plans necessary for Guardian Angel’s continued success. That planning will allow us to –
• do long-term planning with the target of “no Basset left behind”
• allow us to work with you to achieve your desired result from your gift
